De-Stress for Success

Need some time to relax and unwind during finals? Take a break at the SSU Library during our De-Stress for Success program. Starting the week of finals, the University Library will host daily programs to help SSU faculty, staff, and students relax during the most stressful time in the semester. 

De-stress for Success is a series of activities designed to help students to find ways to reduce stress in a healthy, productive manner, and gain the focus they need to succeed during finals week. Come unwind by petting a therapy dog during our "Paws" for a Study Break sessions, grab a warm mug of tea from our Pop-Up Tea Library, have fun in the sun blowing bubbles on the library lawn, and stop by to make your own stress ball. Healthy treats, jigsaw puzzles, and coloring tables will also be available on a drop-in basis to students all week long in the 2nd Floor lobby. Students are invited to engage in any of the events listed below:
